Deer-Grove EMS is currently accepting applications for Casual (Part-Time) Paramedics as well as Volunteer EMTs, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics. Casual (Part-Time) Paramedic Positions

Casual Paramedics at Deer-Grove EMS provide critical emergency care on an as-needed basis. These positions are ideal for professionals seeking flexible scheduling, secondary employment, or additional experience in a progressive EMS system.

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • Current WI Paramedic license with valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and insurability under District requirements.
  • Completion of EVOC/CEVO and FEMA ICS courses (IS100, IS200, IS700, IS800).
  • Proven understanding of DHS 110 and emergency management protocols.

Volunteer EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic Positions

Volunteers are a vital part of Deer-Grove EMS, supporting daily operations and stepping in during emergencies, high call volume periods, or special events. Whether you’re looking to give back to your community or build your career experience, our volunteer program offers a meaningful path forward.

  • A strong grasp of EMS protocols, operational procedures, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
